“Celebrating 10 Rewarding Years with Chase Sapphire Reserve® Contest” Contest (the “Contest”)

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OBLIGATION, OR FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Void IN PUERTO RICO AND where prohibited by law.

CONTEST DESCRIPTION: The Celebrating 10 Rewarding Years with Chase Sapphire Reserve® Contest (the “Contest”) invites Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardmembers to create an up to 90 second video describing a memorable trip or vacation they have experienced in the past 10 years and what it would mean to experience either that moment again, or a new one, with Chase Sapphire Reserve giving one Grand Prize winner the opportunity to recreate that moment. Entry submissions will be judged to determine up to ten (10) Finalists who will advance to the Public Voting phase to determine the one Grand Prize Winner.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria below:

1. Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (having a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN)),
2. Eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry,
3. Have an Instagram or TikTok account (see “How to Enter” Section for more details), and
4. Are a Chase Sapphire Reserve primary cardholder in good standing (the “eligible card”) as of September 15, 2026 (“you” or the “Entrant(s)” or “Participant(s)”).

Employees of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Sponsor” or “Chase”), Millennium Communications, Inc. and Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”) and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and the immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) (collectively “Releasees”), and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Each Entrant by participating in the Contest agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

TIMING:

The Contest begins on September 16, 2026, at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 6, 2026 at 5:00:00 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries must be received by 5:00:00 PM ET on November 6, 2026. For purposes of this Contest, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET except for the first day of the Contest where a day is defined as beginning at 9:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET and the last day where a day is defined as beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending at 5:00:00 PM ET. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Contest and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

During the Contest, there are a series of Contest-related “events” (explained in detail in the Rules below), which start and end on or about the dates and times noted below in the Contest Timing & Event Chart below.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the Contest, Entrants must become a registered user of Instagram (www.Instagram.com) or TikTok (www.tiktok.com) and be logged into their own Instagram or TikTok account. Your account must be set to “public”. If you do not have an account, go to www.Instagram.com or www.tiktok.com to create one. Instagram or TikTok accounts are free. Data and usage rates may apply to the download and use of Instagram or TikTok application. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram or TikTok account, you agree to the Instagram or TikTok Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to such Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, you cannot create an Instagram or TikTok account, or participate in this Contest. You can return your Instagram or TikTok account to “private” any time after the Voting Period has ended.

IMPORTANT: You must be a Chase Sapphire Reserve primary cardmember to enter. You must first complete Step 1 and Step 2 below before going to the website in Step 3 to upload your Entry. 

To Enter:

1. Create a video describing your favorite trip or vacation that took place since 2016 and how you would love to experience it again or experience a new trip. Submit your story in a video no longer than 90-seconds (the “Entry Submission”).
2. Post your Entry on Instagram as a Reel or TikTok as a TikTok using #10RewardingYearswithSapphireReserve and #contest, then head to the Contest website to register your entry;
3. Go to chase.com/SapphireReserveContest to complete the information required including the last four digits of your credit card number and provide the public link to your video Entry Submission from your Instagram or TikTok account where required; and
4. Click the submit button (collectively the “Entry”).

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period.

Important Information About Your Entry:

• “Entry” is defined, for purposes of this Contest, as including the Entry Form and the link to your video from your Instagram or TikTok account. Any additional materials submitted with Entry (i.e., website URLs (excluding the social video Entry Submission URL, newspaper clippings, etc.) will not be judged and will not be acknowledged.
• Each Entry submitted online must be COMPLETELY filled out.
• Entries must be submitted in English.
• Your video can be up to ninety (90) seconds in length; Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any video that is longer than ninety (90) seconds.
• Entry must be submitted by a single entrant; no team/group entries will be accepted.
• Once you have submitted your Entry Submission you cannot edit or modify the video in any way.
• Entries must adhere to the Contest theme.
• Entries received that are illegible, incomplete, or not submitted online will be disqualified.
• Video must be the original work of the Entrant created solely by human effort for this Contest. The use of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning tools, generative AI systems, or similar technologies to create, generate, modify, enhance, or substantially assist in the creation of any portion of an Entry is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, AI-generated visuals, animations, scripts, voiceovers, facial manipulation, deepfakes, or automated editing tools. Any part of Submission created or generated by AI, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified and any prize awarded based on such Submission will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to request additional information regarding the creation of any Submission and to disqualify any Entrant that violates this provision.
• Video must not contain any music, images, text/copy, and/or graphics not owned by the Entrant.
• Entry (video) must not infringe or violate any copyrights or other rights of any third party, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
• Entry must not contain content that depicts or promotes any dangerous or unlawful behavior or activity.
• Entry must not in any way disparage Sponsor or any persons or entities; Entry must not contain offensive words, statements or content (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group); Entry must not in any other way violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations; must not contain illegal content; and must be suitable for presentation in a public forum.
• Entrant certifies that the video is his/her original work, and that he/she has rights to the video; that it has not been previously entered into another Contest, published, released, or distributed; does not infringe on any third-party rights; and is suitable for the Contest.
• Entrants irrevocably assign to Sponsor with full title guarantee all intellectual property and other rights, which they now have or may in the future have to the video/description, including without limitation, the copyright therein, the right to make derivative works, copies and to use for any purpose whatsoever all media, royalty-free worldwide perpetuity. Sponsor shall have the right to assign or dispose of such video however it sees fit without approval of the Entrant.
• Sponsor is under no obligation to correspond with Entrant and Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
• If any persons appear or are referred to in the Entry, Entrant is solely responsible for obtaining, prior to submitting the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition. If any person appearing in any Entry is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required on each release. Entrant agrees to provide Sponsor with written confirmation of those permissions and rights upon request.

Restricted Content: The content restrictions that follow apply to all Entries. Submissions may NOT include content that:

• contains any misuse of brand names;
• involves libelous, defamatory, disparaging, tortuous or slanderous materials;
• involves nudity, or adult-oriented or sexually-explicit behavior or subjects;
• involves explicit or offensive language or content;
• involves violence;
• portrays imitations of people or characters from movie/TV shows, etc.;
• portrays discrimination;
• promotes illegal activities of any kind;
• promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any basis protected by federal, state or local law, ordinance, or regulation;
• denigrates, disparages or reflects negatively on the Sponsor, its products, or employees, or on any other person, company, product, or service;
• is unlawful or contrary to the laws or regulations in the State in which the Submission was created;
• is confidential; and/or
• promotes a political agenda regardless of the political affiliation.

If a Submission includes any of the prohibited content listed above, at the sole determination of Sponsor, the Entry will be disqualified. The above list is not intended to be exhaustive; Sponsor may disqualify an Entry if it includes any content which, in Sponsor’s opinion, is otherwise unsuitable in connection with this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Entry at any time, in its sole discretion, without incurring any liability.

JUDGING: During the Judging/Selection Period, all eligible entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges (including representatives from Sponsor and its marketing agencies) under the supervision of the Administrator based on the following criteria. All eligible entries received will be scored based on the following judging criteria*:

• Past Travel Experience & Storytelling (30%)
• Future Travel Visions & Spirit of Adventure (40%)
• Creativity, Originality & Overall Presentation (30%)

The Top 10 Finalists will be eligible for the final round of public voting to determine the Winners. Entrants acknowledge that other Entrants may have created ideas and concepts contained in their Submission that may have familiarities or similarities to his or her Entry submission, and that he or she will not be entitled to any compensation or right to negotiate with the Promotion Entities because of these familiarities or similarities.

*In the event of a tie, the Winner(s) will be determined based on whichever Entry received the highest score in the Storytelling from the judging criteria. In the event of a tie in both judging criteria, the Entries will be re-judged by a different panel of judges. Judging scores will not be revealed. The decisions of the panel are final.

PUBLIC VOTING OF THE TOP 10 FINALISTS TO DETERMINE THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER: The Top 10 Finalist Entry submissions will be available for open viewing and voting as per the Chart above. To vote, you must be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and at least eighteen (18) years of age. The public voting will restrict one (1) vote per day per email address during the entire Voting Period. Voters are encouraged to use the judging criteria listed above to vote on the Entry.

There are three (3) ways you can vote:

• Via the promotion website – Go to chase.com/SapphireReserveContest and follow the onscreen instruction to submit a vote.
• Via Instagram – Hit the Like button next on the Finalist video you wish to vote for.
• Via TikTok – Hit the Like button on the Finalist’ video you wish to vote for.

Voting Limits: Individuals wishing to vote for any Finalist may submit:

• One (1) vote per day on the promotion website for a total of fourteen (14) votes for the duration of the Voting Period via this method;
• One (1) vote via Instagram for a total of one (1) for the duration of the Voting Period via this method; and
• One (1) vote via TikTok for a total of one (1) for the duration of the Voting Period via this method.
• Total maximum votes a person can submit during the Voting Period is sixteen (16) votes.

All voting will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding with respect to the administration of the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of votes and to disqualify any votes, voter, or Finalist that it determines has violated these Official Rules or engaged in fraud, abuse, misconduct, collusion, vote manipulation, or any other improper activity.

The use of any automated system, bot, script, macro, software program, or other mechanical or electronic means designed to submit votes is prohibited. Creation of multiple email addresses or accounts for the purpose of exceeding the permitted voting limit is prohibited, and any such votes may be voided. Finalists may not obtain votes through fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, voting by proxy, offering prizes, money, services, or anything else of value as an inducement to vote, or engaging in any conduct intended to artificially influence the voting results. Any Finalist found to have engaged in such conduct may be disqualified and rendered ineligible to receive a prize.

HOW WILL THE WINNER BE DETERMINED? At the end of the Public Voting Period, the weighted scores for each Finalist will be calculated to determine the Grand Prize Winner (the “Winner”), as follows: the scores from the Judging Round will carry an eighty percent (80%) weight and the Public Voting score (total number of votes) will carry a twenty percent (20%) weight. The Finalist with the highest combined score will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner. In the event of a tie, tied Finalists will be re-evaluated by representatives of the Sponsor who will serve as a tiebreaker using the Judging Criteria above.

PRIZES:

Ten (10) Finalist will each receive: 500,000 (five hundred thousand) Chase Ultimate Reward Points. ARV: $5,000.00. Finalists will also receive a check in the amount of $1,500.00 (30% of the value of the prize) that may be used to assist with the payment of associated taxes. Depending upon the Prize Winner’s federal tax rate, this amount may only cover a portion of the tax liability owed. Please consult a tax professional for more information. Total ARV of each Finalist prize: $6,500.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner (the one (1) Finalist with the highest score from all judging): 5,000,000 (five million) Chase Ultimate Reward Points (ARV: $50,000.00) and access to a Chase Travel Designer to help the winner use points to book the trip submitted in their winning video. Grand Prize Winner will also receive a check in the amount of $15,000.00 (30% of the value of the prize) that may be used to assist with the payment of associated taxes. Depending upon the Prize Winner’s federal tax rate, this amount may only cover a portion of the tax liability owed. Please consult a tax professional for more information. Total ARV of Grand prize: $65,000.00.

Total ARV of all prizes: $130,000.00. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

Conditions of Chase Ultimate Rewards Points: Chase Ultimate Rewards Points will be placed on the winner’s credit card associated with their winning entry. Ultimate Rewards Points will be placed in the winner’s accounts within 6 to 8 weeks of the official winner announcement. Restrictions may apply. Visit [INSERT URL] for additional terms and restrictions. All prizes will be awarded so long as enough eligible Entries are received.

General Prize Conditions: Winners are responsible for the payment of all taxes on the prizes. All details of prizes not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Except as provided herein, no cash, transfers or prize or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right where lawful to substitute a prize (or prize component) with one of comparable or greater value. If prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded; provided, however, that if prize is awarded but unclaimed or forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting the prize, Winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. In no event will more Contest prizes be awarded than those listed in these Official Rules.

Conditions of Grand Prize Winner access to a Chase Travel Designer and use of winning points for a trip:

• Grand Prize winner will have access to one (1) Chase Travel Designer who can book a highly personalized travel itinerary designed by the Chase Travel Designer to match the topic/destination/vacation described in the winners Entry Submission (the “Curated Trip”).
• Winner must confirm if they would like the assistance of a Chase Travel Designer within thirty (30) days of being confirmed the Grand Prize Winner. Trip must be booked within sixty (60) days of being confirmed a winner and travel must be completed within eighteen (18) months of trip booking.
• Winner can only book one (1) vacation package with the Chase Travel Designer.
• Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
• If the actual value of the winner planned vacation package exceeds 5 million Chase Ultimate Reward Points, winner will be responsible for payment in excess which must be made prior to the Chase Travel designer booking the vacation. If actual travel costs are less than the 5 million Chase Ultimate Reward Points, Grand Prize winner will not receive the difference in cash, the balance of points placed in their Chase Ultimate Rewards account, or any other form of compensation.
• Winner and guest(s) must complete a Travel Release Form before any tickets will be issued.
• Winner and guest(s) must possess and are responsible for obtaining and must have valid ID or other required documentation for travel which may include, but not limited to, a valid US Passport that does not expire within six (6) months of trip return date, a Visa, any proof of vaccination, and/or test result, that may be required by the place/country of destination(s) and/or to return to the US (if applicable).
• Winner and guest(s) are responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that we may wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
• Winner and guest(s) are bound by the terms and conditions of all airlines, hotels and other third-party service providers used in connection with the Prize.
• Sponsor is not responsible if tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or other similar items are lost, stolen, or misplaced by Winner and will not be replaced or if booked transportations are missed for any reason.
• The Grand Prize does not include any other incidentals not mentioned in these Official Rules such as, but not limited to, ground transportation, baggage fees, alcoholic beverages, food, gratuities and tips, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. All other expenses not stated herein as part of the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.
• Actual value of the trip depends on, but is not limited to, winner’s residence or departure city, selected destination(s), and activities included. Specifics of prize package are subject to availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply.
• Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The Winner must provide the hotel with a valid credit card for incidentals (including room service, mini-bar and pay-per-view television) and/or damages to the hotel room.
• If a Grand Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of selected destination(s), ground transportation may be provided by Sponsor in lieu of air transportation.
• Any representative of any hotel, airline, venue, excursion, used within the travel itinerary has the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any event.
• In the event that any portion of the trip or scheduled activities have to be cancelled for any reason whatsoever, in whole or in part, including but not limited to cancellations, postponements, an event of force majeure, an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), or for any other reason, then the remaining components of the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the prize winner and his/her guest, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded.
• Content Capture: It may be requested of the Grand Prize Winner to provide post vacation imagery and or videos capturing their moments while traveling. Additionally, Chase Social Representatives may attend some moments of your trip to capture in video/photo certain activities.

NOTIFICATION: Administrator will notify potential Finalists (the “Winner(s)”) by email at the email address provided with the entry on or about the date stated in the Chart above. An Entrant is not deemed a winner of any prize, even if the winning notification should so indicate, unless and until (i) the Entrant’s eligibility has been verified, (ii) all requirements determined by the Sponsor in order to claim his/her prize have been fulfilled and (iii) the Entrant has been notified that the acceptance and verification process is complete. Potential Winners must respond to the instructions in the email within five (5) days of the initial notification. Potential Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and; where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Releases”); [2] a Background Check Authorization Form; and [3] an IRS Form W-9 and furnish his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. Completed documents must be returned within five (5) days from prize notification date or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next highest scoring Entrant (time permitting). Prizes must be accepted as awarded. If the prize is won by an eligible individual who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence (“minor”), the required documents must be confirmed and signed by winner’s parent or legal guardian. Any false statement made by a potential winner will result in automatic disqualification.

If a potential Winner does not return the required documents within the stated timeframe, cannot be contacted, or if any notification/Document is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winning Entry will be disqualified and the Entry with the next highest score will be notified, time permitting, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background checks of the potential winners. If the prize is won by an eligible Entrant who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence (“minor”), the required documents must be confirmed and signed by Prize Winner’s parent or legal guardian, and the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on the Prize Winner set forth herein.

In addition, you acknowledge and agree that the Releasees reserve the right to disqualify any Potential Prize Winner or Alternate at any time, in their sole discretion, on the basis of anything contained in or learned or obtained as a result of any background check, submitted Releases, or any other forms requested by the Releasees that, in their sole opinion, would constitute a breach of these Official Rules or otherwise.

By entering the Promotion, Entrants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians, agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states and photographs/likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, Prize Winners must consent to such in writing.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Except where prohibited by law, each potential winner’s entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes the potential winner’s irrevocable, sub-licensable, absolute right and permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use, publish, post or display the potential winner’s name, entry submission, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state address, any quotes attributable to him or her, photographs/likenesses and any other indicia of persona (regardless of whether altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, or used with other material in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional authorization, opportunity to review, approval, notification or compensation and each potential winner releases Releasees from any and all liability related thereto.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. By participating, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder from which the entry is made. Caution: Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS:

By participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees, Instagram or TikTok, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be awarded. This Contest and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Delaware. Releasees are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries or; for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or process any transaction thereon. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion for any reason, the Contest is not able to run as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, including soliciting of applications in a manner inconsistent with Sponsors’ policies or procedures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Contest is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted on the Contest web site; and Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the judging and award prizes from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. As a condition of entering the Contest, Entrants agree that: a.) under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrants hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or the prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, if any, but in no event shall Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs, and in no event to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250). Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at their discretion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

PRIVACY:

Information collected from Entrants is used only for the purpose of awarding prizes, operating the Contest consistent with the Official Rules and to notify Winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party. Once the Contest, including any known or unknown extensions of the Contest, has ended, all information supplied by Entrants will be removed from the database.

WHO WON:

To request the list of winners, send an e-mail with subject line Chase Sapphire Reserve Contest Winners to winners@mkpromosource.com. Requests must be received no later than January 30, 2027. The list will be sent when the voting has been conducted and the winners notified.
